Ode to the death of a name

For those of you who know the name I've been loving for our new little boy, Sean Milo, the days of loving that name are over. Last night jake and I were talking about the baby and he asked about a name and i couldn't keep it from him. In hindsight i guess better to have the argument now than later. So Milo is out. Apparently the Hansen's dog is named milo and according to jake he can't get past it and we might as well call our new son Eli or Jackson because that is what it would be like. curses. So I mourn the name with a few tears and have to move on. But Sean is still on the list. I hate picking names. I think I'll just leave it up to Jake so I can point to him and say "blame your father for a boring, non-pondered over name". Yeah right. We know I couldn't handle leaving Jake in charge.

In other unrelated news, Alex is thoroughly enjoying Bella. I know what you're thinking, and get it out of your head, she's not living at my house--Alex can visit her and we'll babysit. Yesterday we took Bella in the car to the store and Alex had to hold her and would freak out if she managed to pry herself loose. If I had my camera it would have been a better video. But this one sums up what he has been doing to her since she's gotten here.

They are meant to be neighbors. When alex gets a house of his own then he can have bella :)

What's the name of that cartoon girl who loves animals? Elmira? That's who Alex reminds me of. "I just want to hug it and love it and squeeze it and call it mine."
