Call it boredom. Or curiosity. But tonight I attempted to straighten Leila's hair..... with just a hair straightener.
And lots of smoothing serum--which ended up being counter productive because anything wet-ish made her curls come back.
But it was fun (for me) and Leila did awesome and was patient.
I couldn't resist messing it up a bit to show the length and give her a crazy black Nick Nolte mug shot.
In the end, I couldn't handle the uneven nature of her hair---she SO needs a proper hair cut--so we opted for the ponytail and clips.
My little princess. Tomorrow she'll probably have the Fro again. Or Black Nick Nolte hair again :)

All of your kids are very photogenic. Actually, I think they are just super cute no matter what!
